Learn more about the famous Mt. Lowe and our brewery.
Our brewery was founded with blood, sweat, and beers. We started out as beer fans brewing at home in 2010, just trying to find the perfect science of making beers …
The Mount Lowe Railway was born from a desire of the Pasadena Pioneers to have a scenic mountain railroad to the crest of the San Gabriel Mountains.
Our beers are brewed fresh weekly and are available in pints and flights in the tasting room. Kegs and growlers are available for parties and taking beer on the go.
Contact us to offer Mt. Lowe Brewing Co. at your local restaurant.
Light and refreshing ale, gently hopped and fermented using Kolsh yeast.
American-style wheat beer with pure honey. Medium-light body with a dry, crisp finish and delicate floral note.
Clean, firmly hoppy, and drinkably bitter. Notes of citrus and pine.
The Hills Have IPA
Strongly hopped, with spicy tones. Stronger malt character evens out to a bitter but clean finish.
Deep red color and tan head over a caramel-like malt character with roasty and fruity notes.
Classic dark porter aged on toasted coconut. Finishes with coconut and vanilla aftertaste.
Our english style sweet milk stout. Served on nitro for a thick creamy mouthfeel.
The Hills are on Fire
Our classic Hills Have IPA with Habanero peppers added for a spicy but well balanced IPA. Spicy, but not over the top.
