Beer tab options for your event:
Cash Bar: Guests pay for their own drinks throughout the night.
Open Bar: Organizer opens a tab for the group. Everything that is purchased will be put on one the tab. We must have a credit card at the beginning of the night to open the tab and the tab needs to be closed before the end of the night. This requires a minimum gratuity of 25%.
Ticketed Bar: Organizer hands out a ticket(s) per guest to use for one or more “free” drinks. We open a tab for ticket redemption and charge for everything that is purchased via ticket redemption. Tickets can be good for a specific item IE: Ale pint ($6), or they can be good for any item. We must have a credit card at the beginning of the night to open the tab and the tab needs to be closed before the end of the night. This requires a minimum gratuity of 25%.
Beers Available
We have a changing line-up of craft beers on tap throughout the year. We can be pouring up to 20 different varieties of beer during your event depending on availability. Please let us know when completing the reservation form below if you have a specific beer questions.
Private Rental Hours
If you are looking to host an event outside of business hours, additional fees apply, it depends on the day, hours, and season you wish to host your event and are calculated on a situational basis. Spring and winter are more flexible than summer and fall. Please indicate if you will need to make a reservation that is outside of out listed hours when completing the reservation form below. Additional hours may be available upon request. Be sure to include set-up and take down/clean-up time in your rental length.
NOTE: Rental does not include cost of beer.
Kids Policy:
These house rules were created with your child’s safety in mind and in keeping with the Arcadia FD and Department of Health rules, we are required to enforce the following:
No climbing on the furniture, games or tables
No running or playing in the parking lot at any time
Since children must be supervised at all times, there can not be more than 3 children per 1 adult
Strollers must not block the entrances or the exits
No changing diapers outside of the restroom. There is a changing station in the women’s restroom.
Please keep children with you at your table – No tables of children without an adult present. The responsible adult must be within 10 ft of their children at all times
Shoes and clothes must be worn at all times
